WEEKDAY CANCELLATION: Should there be need to cancel weekday reservations (Sunday-Thursday), please do so 1 day prior to the expected date of arrival to avoid a 10% Cancellation Fee.
WEEKEND CANCELLATION: Should there be need to cancel weekend reservations (Friday-Saturday), please do so 2 days prior to the expected date of arrival to avoid a 10% Cancellation Fee.
SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION: Should there be need to cancel Special Event Reservations (UofM Homecoming, UofM Graduation, Concerts etc.), please do so 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival to avoid a 15% Cancellation Fee.
LATE CANCELLATIONS: Failure to cancel any reservation by the indicated time will result in a Cancellation Fee. Should the room go unsold due to the late cancellation, one night's rent will be levied.
NO CALL - NO SHOW: Failure to call and cancel any reservation or failure to arrive on the expected arrival date, 100% of room charges will be levied.
